Building survey is carried out covering its Plan, Section and Elevation. Respective areas of the building will be measured and it will be reflected on the Building Survey Drawing.

Our Building Setting Out Work

As per the requirement of the Client, the Setting out Work of Building; like Pile Marking, Grid & Pillar Marking, Set Back Checking of the Proposed Building will be carried out based on the relevant building drawing / Architect’s drawing.  Based on the subject drawing and as directed by the Site Engineer, setting out work like Pile Marking, grid  & Pillar Marking and Set Back checking or any such related marking work  at the Site  will be carried out by using Total Station Survey Instrument.

Our Commercial Building Survey

As per this service, we survey the existing buildings to develop and plan for the future use for providing historical record of monuments. The professionals in our team use latest technology and automated procedures like scanners, reflector less total stations and dedicated floor plan/ elevation software operating on ruggedness field computers. The data collected through this aids in immediate quality checks. Further, we also take help of terrestrial laser scanning technology to conduct building surveys for floor plans, site plans, elevations and photo rectification and laser scanning.
